The Base
6 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons honey*
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt
The Top
Flesh 1 ripe avocado, roughly chopped (approximately 180 grams)
2 tablespoons honey*
2 tablespoons coconut oil, soft
Juice and zest 1 lime
Place the base ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Spoon the mixture evenly into the holes of a mini silicon muffin mould, half filling each mould, and place in the freezer while you make the top.
Place the ingredients for the top layer into your processor and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Spoon the mixture over your base and place in the freezer to set and to store.
