Choc Apricot Slice
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup dried organic apricots
1 tablespoon organic honey
2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Line a loaf tin with baking paper over hanging the sides. My tin measures 19.5cm x 9.5cm.
Place the ingredients into your food processor in the order listed above. Blend at high speed until the mixture is very well combined. Press the mixture firmly into your loaf tin and place in the fridge to set. Cut. Eat. Enjoy.
