Hair & Scalp – Lavender Oil’s antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties soothe dry and irritated areas of the skin and scalp, as well as helping to reduce scalp irritations such as dandruff, psoriasis, eczema etc. Lavender Oil also promotes growth of new cells and exerts a balancing action of sebum; thus, it is useful for most skin and hair conditions.
Mind & Spirit – Lavender Oil in its purest form is known for its calming and relaxing properties and may alleviate symptoms of insomnia, stress, anxiety, and tension.
Hair & Scalp – Rosemary Oil stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, thus being beneficial for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. Rosemary Essential Oil also promotes shininess and reduces dandruff, making it a great tonic for overall hair health.
Mind & Spirit – Rosemary Oil is known to clear the mind and stimulate cognition, alertness, and focus.
Dry Hair Tip – Well at least you don’t have to wash your hair everyday (with every cloud there is a silver lining). Be sure to leave on your conditioner for as long as possible before rinsing off, as the longer you leave the conditioner on your hair, the more opportunity there is for the conditioning agents to be deposited on the hair shaft and absorbed around the cuticle. Also try to limit the use of blow dryers, curling & straightening irons which can further damage and dry out the hair.
