National Business Development Manager
THE ROLE
As we continue our growth journey, we are excited to introduce a new and pivotal role to our business. We have a unique opportunity for a National Business Development Manager to join our HQ team here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Through influence and authentic partnerships, the National Business Development Manager will play a pivotal leadership role – driving commercial accountability, customer relationships and the Customer Experience team’s unique service proposition.
With a focus on delivering sales goals, maximising ROI, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate business performance, the National Business Development Manager acts as the strategic connector, bridging integrated sales channels and marketing strategy to create alignment and a unified approach to success. Whilst this dynamic role is based onsite it does include occasional travel across our expansive customer base (ANZ).
ESSENTIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
The National Business Development Manager will bring an extensive portfolio of experience in a similar role ideally in the professional hair care or beauty industry. With a customer first mindset to ensure excellence in service and client satisfaction, the National Business Development Manager is able to demonstrate a blend of strategic and analytical skills with a strong emphasis on communication and leadership.
Key skills include the ability to build and maintain relationships, both internal and external, to drive business growth and achieve organisational objectives. Analytical expertise is crucial for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategy along with forward thinking and long term perspective; critical for shaping customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Additionally, the role requires adaptability to manage changing situations and a results driven approach to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and expectations along with the knowledge and ability to understand market trends and competitor activities.
