About the position

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding team at Ethical Brand Co HQ, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast working between 30 & 38hrs a week depending on successful applicants availability.

Essential skills

• A positive, can-do attitude
• A passion for building connections with new and existing customers and able to service all customer needs
• Able to provide exemplary customer service and field phone calls with an excellent phone manner
• Previous experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry
• A passion for ethical, sustainable and community driven business practices
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

The following skills are not essential but are highly favourable: 

• Previous experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce
• Computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly

THE ROLE

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our administration team!  

The Administration Coordinator position will be responsible for maintaining our CRM Salesforce and inventory system Cin7 along with other internal records. The successful applicant will have proven skills and vast experience in an administration role with laser-focused attention to detail. 

ESSENTIAL

• Experience managing a CRM 
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite 
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone manner and experience
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable internal data maintenance and record keeping
• Ability to liaise with external suppliers
• Exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of the role
• Ability to adapt to fast past environment

DESIRABLE

• Previous experience working with Salesforce
• Previous experience working within hair and beauty industry
• A passion for ethical, sustainable and community driven business practice
